This is our story
We are a construction company that takes on each new project with enthusiasm.
We are committed to innovation and quality in all of our work to achieve the full satisfaction of our customers.
Our process
At the beginning, our projects focused on civil works, such as housing developments, roads, underground car parks, etc.
Later, we started working with building construction projects, with a focus on luxury villas in Marbella, Estepona and Sotogrande.
Team
PLANIOS has its own workforce of personnel, including foremen, officials and labourers who provide the necessary experience to implement any project, without having to contract outside personnel (subcontractors).
This allows us to complete work assigned to us on quality, on time and on budget.
Our technical office is fitted out with all the technical, computer, topographical, communication and reproduction equipment necessary to design and develop engineering and architectural projects that meet the needs of our customers at any time.
The combination of these technical and human resources makes it possible for PLANIOS to complete jobs as quickly and efficiently as possible; we always try to meet our customers’ expectations in terms of quality and deadlines.
